Dental Makeover Contest

Looking for a dental makeover contest?  Dear Doctor and their sponsors have opened up another sweepstakes for The Ultimate Dental Health Makeover.  This is the fifth one and what I like is that they don’t make you upload a video or write an essay.  Just fill out the simple online form to enter.

They’re offering either a total smile makeover or just crowns, implants, veneers, orthodontics, periodontics… whatever you need. If you win our smile makeover contest, your dental treatment will be paid for.

The next deadline is May 31, 2010, but bookmark their website since this is their fifth sweepstakes, I’m sure they’ll have more in the future.
