Hello I’m new to the site I’m kind of lost I’m in deep debit of about 30,000 and I’m young old 21 and living check to check is not leaving me with the finances to pay back my personal debits such as Liberty Mutual, Student Credit card, Bank of America , and 20,000 private student loan to JP Morgan Chase. Any Suggestions? Or steps I should take all help and options would be greatly appreciated. I am a student also if that helps.

Spiritual Healing Center in the Philippines

Hi there to all generous hearts,
I am a member of a Healing Group in the Philippines and wish to take this opportunity to allow our group to expand our services in the Philippines and hopefully the world.

This would require a formalize location and healing center where we can perform spiritual healing functions and training for future healing missionaries.

Most of our healing missionaries were sick who had no money and poor and cannot afford medical assistance and had to go for this alternative. Some were rejected already from the hospitals as either the hospital cannot help or they do not have money to pay for continued medication.

It is my wish that through this appeal I can and able to touch the hearts and mind of our friends out there who could provide support for this group.

I am a working professional and part time healer (I only practice on my family, friends and pets) and working in Singapore to support my family in the Philippines.

Most of our members are not really professionals but come from the low income group and were once before patients themselves before becoming healers and learned how to heal. These members have more experience in handling many cases of illnesses.

Through the years I have come to learn that there are illnesses/diseases out there that not any amount of money can provide healing or relief.

I hope that somehow and somewhere this appeal will fall into the right direction. Someone needs healing out there and we can reach out to the world. Many thanks for these opportunity.

Foreclosure Prevention Assistance in Delaware

Delaware State Housing Authority has launched a new program, the “Homeownership Grant Assistance Program” (GAP). This program is available to assist homeowners facing foreclosure. The $1 million grant program, a partnership between DSHA and the Department of Health and Social Services, is funded through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA). Eligible homeowners can receive up to $5,000 in the form of a grant to save their home from foreclosure. The program will be offered while funding remains available up to September 30, 2010.

Qualified applicants must meet federal guidelines including income requirements, have a dependent child in the home, experienced a specific crisis situation or episode of need, and are at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

Grants for Women to Make a Difference

The makers of Pine-Sol cleaners (Clorox Company), have launched the 2010 Make a Powerful Difference Contest, which awards grants online to women who are helping improve their communities and are making extraordinary change.

One grand-prize winner will receive $10,000 to make a difference for their community or cause, while an additional nine finalists will each receive $1,000 to help support their initiatives. Since 2007, when the Pine-Sol Powerful Difference program first started, the company has awarded dozens of grants to over 80 “difference makers.”

The next deadline is March 22, 2010.

Film Grants Available

The National Film Preservation Foundation is accepting applications for the Avant-Garde Masters Grants. These cash preservation grants support laboratory work to preserve significant examples of America’s avant-garde film heritage. The grants are available to nonprofit and public archives.

Avant-garde film is hard to define. Avant-garde film is generally produced and distributed outside mainstream film channels. Often created by a single filmmaker or a small team, these films are intended as artistic expressions. They often experiment with the film medium in unique and personal ways.

This grant supports the preservation of a film or films by a single filmmaker or cinematic movement significant to the development of avant-garde film in America. Works made within the last twenty years are not eligible. Applications should show how the proposed titles have made a significant contribution to the American experimental film movement and why they are in need of preservation. Proposals must also include plans detailing how the films will be made available to the public and the scholarly community.

This grant will fund several preservation projects ranging between $10,000 and $50,000.

Registration Deadline: March 19, 2010

Application Deadline: April 23, 2010

Grant Period: June 1, 2010 to August 1, 2011

ELIGIBILITY
Grants are available to public and nonprofit archives in the United States, including those that are part of federal, state, or local government. The grants target avant-garde films made in the United States or by American citizens abroad and not physically preserved by commercial interests. Materials originally created for television or video are not eligible, including works produced with funds from broadcast or cable television entities.

Need Funding to Incorporate Website into Non-profit

Hey momma. I run a site devoted to relieving people suffering from Tuberculosis in Africa. Right now the website states we are going there to bring food and vitamins, but it’s only because I have not updated the webpage. I am going to college this summer to get a physicians assistant degree. We are going to Africa to treat people for Tuberculosis. I need to incorporate the site, SaveTheSwazi.com as a nonprofit in the state of new hampshire in order to begin fundraising for the trip, which most likely will not occur for a couple of years. Please direct me to the definitive money-for-nothing to start a nonprofit source.

Home Repair Grant in Illinois

Homeowners in Machesney Park can apply for a grant to pay for upgrades for their houses. The village’s HomeForward program got a grant from the Illinois Housing Development Authority and are passing those funds along to the homeowners.

You can apply for the grant now through March 5 at Village Hall, so you need to hurry if you’re interested!

Grant for Maine Artists

The Arts Visibility Grant supports Maine’s artists and arts organizations by providing the means with which to increase the visibility of specific artistic projects. Grants up to $1,500 are available.

The types of projects that might be funded under an Arts Visibility Grant include but are not limited to:

Support for the creation of various promotional materials for a particular event
Support to hire a web designer to provide new web features for a particular project
Support for an organization promoting a group of artists

The upcoming deadlines are March 11, 2010 and January 7, 2011.

Assistance to Families Dealing with Childhood Cancer

Zac’s Legacy Foundation, Inc. provides financial assistance to parents enduring the struggles of a dependent child while in treatment for cancer.

How to apply:
Contact your hospital social worker/ medical care provider.

Fill out the application provided by the social worker / medical care provider. If your social worker / medical care provider does not have the Zac’s Legacy Foundation application forms, have the hospital social worker / medical care provider call 1-970-330-9000 to get the proper forms.

Return the completed application to the social worker/ medical care provider who will then notify Zac’s Legacy Foundation of your application.

At this time, the Foundation can only help resident families in the state of Colorado . The dependent child must be in treatment for cancer.
