Emergency College Assistance

I am 18 and I will be attending the University at Buffalo (Buffalo, NY) in January 2010 as a freshman. I am unable to get a loan that I need to cover the rest of my tuition (about $3000). I am hispanic and I have tried to apply for scholarships but they all end next year. Thank you
