I am looking for home repair grants in Texas, can anyone help me located some please.  It is for some elderly people here.

   I haven’t forgotten about your inquiry. It doesn’t seem like there are many agencies in the area, but I’m still looking! I know that the USDA has a grant program that would help, but a nonprofit has to apply to the program.
