  1. Loma Linda University has free dental care from what I understand. Dental Students in there senior year work on you while the professor is watching and assisting. Call them up and check for times.

  2. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you – it’s been really crazy here!

    The City of Riverside’s Housing Rehabilitation Program helps low and moderate income households rehabilitate their homes. Low interest loans and a limited number of grants are available to help finance housing repairs for income eligible homeowners.

    * Rehabilitation Loans:
    These loans provide up to $40,000 for rehabilitation. They are available at 3% simple interest and are repayable over 20 years. A Deed of Trust is used to secure the loan (as a lien on the property).

    * Senior and Disability Grants:
    Grants up to $5,000 are available to seniors and persons with disabilities to make necessary housing repairs or modifications that allow disabled access.

    * Emergency Grant:
    Grants of up to $5,000 are available to correct emergency problems. An emergency problem is considered to be a situation which threatens the health and safety of the household residents.
