i NEED A GRANT TO FIX UP MY HOUSE ?I NEED NEW ROOF ,SIDING WIRNG HOLE HOUSE AND GEO-THERMAL FOR HEATING.I need help finding and filling out papper work.I live in Rural Champaign County,Illinois.

    The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission offers a variety of loans for home rehabilitation. Some of these loans are eventually forgiven if you remain in the property for a certain number of years. l
