Home Repair in Nebraska

   Omaha has some programs for home rehab. You should try the NAHTF-Owner Occupied Rehab Program. This program provides grants of up to $30,000 to owners of homes in target neighborhoods. Program funds can be used for rehabilitating housing exteriors, addressing lead-based paint hazards, correcting substandard housing conditions, and repairing major systems (for example; roofs, foundation, heating and air conditioning) in danger of failure.
