Grants for Comic Book Artists

Thursday, July 2nd, 2009

The Xeric Foundation awards grants to self-publishing comic book creators. That is too cool! The foundation was established by Peter Laird, the co-creator of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They accept grant applications twice a year. This past grant round, they awarded just over $22,000 to five projects.

The next application deadline is September 30.
