Neighborhood Grants in Connecticut

Neighborhood groups in Ansonia, Derby, Seymour, Shelton and Oxford, CT may be eligible for small grants up to $3,000 through the Valley Neighborhood Grant Program. Funding is available for neighborhood fairs, beautification efforts, leadership development activities, parent and senior activities and more. Blockwatches, business associations, faith-based organizations, parents and youth groups are encouraged to apply. Non-profits that are all-volunteer or have a staff of 4 or less are also eligible to apply.

The application deadline is February 1, 2010.
