Working Artist Grants

WorkingArtist.org is now accepting applications for their summer working art grant program.  This is a quarterly program designed to give a little boost to artists who need a little push in a positive direction.

The Working Art Grant is available to all domestic as well as international artists working in all media. As a new requirement, each prospective recipient should be willing to exchange one of their available works of WorkingArtist.org choosing and with mutual agreement in return for the award.

There is a grant application fee of $20.00 which helps offset the costs of this effort.  Application fees are very common among art funding programs, do not be put off by this reasonable request.

The application deadline for this quarter is November 20, 2009.
