Home Rehab Grants Available

Home rehab grants up to $25,000 are available to eligible Middletown, New Jersey homeowners through the township’s Community Development Office.

Improvement projects can include roof, heating, plumbing and electrical repairs, and accessibility improvements.

Learn more about the program during a public information session to be held at 6 p.m. July 14 at the Middletown Library, 55 New Monmouth Road. The program is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Eligible homeowners must meet the following federal income limits: one person can earn up to $44,800; two people, $51,200; three people, $57,600; four people, $64,000; five people; $69,100; six people, $74,250; seven people, $79,350; and eight people, $84,500.
