A Child Waits provides financial assistance to individuals adopting foreign-born children. They also provide support for adoption, adoption funding, international adoption and child welfare. The foundation does provide grants to individuals.
The Gift of Adoption Fund makes grants to help families with expenses involved with adoption. Any U.S. citizen who has an approved home study from a licensed adoption agency is eligible to apply. Financial need must be demonstrated. The number of biological children or adopted children in the home does not impact eligibility.
