The University of South Dakota’s Department of Dental Hygiene is offering free fluoride varnishes and sealants to anyone 18 years and younger by appointment. Seeking Dental Assistance in Tennessee
I visited the Tennessee site (for donated dental services) and they are not receiving any applications as the wait is already very lengthy. Where can I go from here? My brother is an incomplete quadraplegic and has lost alot of his teeth. I’m sure he could get the rest pulled but has no money for dentures. Can you help?

The National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped offers a Donated Dental Services (DDS) program for individuals with special needs. Most states have their own contact information for this program, and that information can be found at the NFDH website here.
