Transportation Grants for Multiple Myeloma Patients
CancerCare has launched a “Door to Door” program for patients with multiple myeloma. This program provides individual grants of up to $600 yearly to multiple myeloma patients. The grants is for covering transportation costs such as gasoline and taxi, bus or train fare to and from medical care.
Help With Care for Severely Ill Children
The Adirondack Community Trust administrates the Christopher Emmett Hallowell Fund. This is an endowment fund established to support families caring for severely ill children and young adults in the Adirondack Region of New York State. The fund provides financial assistance for incidental and unexpected expenses.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society provides some financial assistance for patient’s under a doctor’s care with a confirmed diagnosis. Assistance funds are provided solely by public contributions and are subject to availability.

This is an awesome program! The American Kidney Fund offers grants for kidney patients in the United States. These grants can cover health insurance premiums, Medicare Part D expenses, and other medical expenses not covered by insurance.
