Prairie View is accepting applications from individuals who qualify to receive funds from the Tenant Based Rental Assistance grant. Prairie View was awarded $100,000 from the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to help people with severe mental illness afford safe and decent housing.

HUD has a home ownership program for law enforcement officers, pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers and firefighters/emergency medical technicians. HUD’s Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Program offers a substantial incentive in the form of a discount of 50% from the list price of the home. In return you must commit to live in the property for 36 months as your sole residence.
