I was wondering if there were any home repair grants for condominiums or home repair grants for individual condo owners. I own a condo and the whole building that I live in is having severe foundation issues that were brought on by the latest drought we had a couple of years ago. The repairs will cost more than any of us have or can afford. I’m currently on the association board and there are about 6 units in the building. Is there anything like that available?
